This page, like my blog, is a work in progress which is how I view life, so I think it's fitting for me.
ABOUT ME:
I am Carisa Kozicki. I have a weakness for big dogs, homemade cookies, and good wine. I am inspired by people I know. I coach high school cross country with my best friend. I still occasionally enter local road races and attempt to play soccer with the girls. I really like my husband. I began documenting the world when I bought my first camera at age 9.
ABOUT MY STYLE
I love to learn about you, my clients, so I can conceptualize the best way to document you. Since I spend a little more time with my clients, I can only accept a limited number of clients each year.
I love to photograph relationships between sweeties, between siblings, perhaps between a person and her canine companion. What I hope to capture are photographs depicting your family, your love, and your relationships in their natural existence. You’ll play, you’ll laugh, you might even cry because every life is full of a variety of emotions. I strive to create photographic stories depicting the wonderful clients I photograph.
What to expect : Typical sessions last from 1-2 hours but longer sessions can be arranged for special outings or concepts. Every so often, I also offer a special memo session which is a shorter session. My style of photography uses the existing, natural backgrounds and a combination of available light and subtle fill light with small flashes or reflectors. If you are looking for traditional, studio photographs I can recommended some other talented photographers for you to contact who specialize in this type of photography. For more details and a list of session options and product prices please contact me at ckphotog@gmail.com or 717.421.3262.
I would love the chance to document you, your dog, or even your family.
When I'm not taking photographs, you can find me exploring life with my husband Brian and our canine companion, Olive.
